Details of Different Forms to Particiapte Into

लोक नृत्य /Folk Dance

  1. प्रति संस्थान केवल एक प्रविष्टि की अनुमति है
    Only one entry per Institution is allowed
  2. केवल दस प्रतिभागियों का दल मंच पर आएगा । साजिदे केवल पांच होंगे । यद्यपि साजिंदो के न होने पर 15 प्रतिभागी नृत्य कर सकते हैI
    Only a team of ten participants will perform on stage. Five accompanists are allowed. In the absence of accompanists all 15 participants can dance.
  3. लोक नृत्य शास्त्रीय नृत्य की शैली के अतिरिक्त या तो प्राचीन या किसी विशेष क्षेत्र (भारतीय शैली) का होना चाहिए
    Folk Dance can be either primitive or a folkdance of a particular region (Indian Style) but not a classical one.
  4. निर्णय लय,फॉर्मेशन, अभिव्यक्ति, विशेष परिधान, श्रृंगार, आभूषण, साजों एवं ओवरऑल इफेक्ट के आधार पर होगा। विशेष परिधान, आभूषण, साजों को भी निर्णय लेते समय ध्यान मे रखा जाएगा ।
    Judgment will be based on the basis of Rhythm, Formation, Expression, Costumes, Make-up, Sets and Overall Effect.
  5. नृत्य की अधिकतम समय सीमा 10 से 15 मिनट होनी चाहिए ।
    The maximum time limit of dance should be 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. किसी भी दल को लोक नृत्य करने पर किसी भी प्रकार के रिकार्डीड संगीत की अनुमति नही होगी ।
    Any type of recorded music will not be allowed in the folk dance.

सामुहिक नृत्य /Group Dance

  1. प्रति संस्थान केवल एक प्रविष्टि की अनुमति है
    Only one entry per Institution is allowed
  2. केवल दस प्रतिभागियों का दल मंच पर आएगा । साजिदे केवल पांच होंगे । यद्यपि साजिंदो के न होने पर 15 प्रतिभागी नृत्य कर सकते हैI

  4. निर्णय लय,फॉर्मेशन, अभिव्यक्ति, विशेष परिधान, श्रृंगार, आभूषण, साजों एवं ओवरऑल इफेक्ट के आधार पर होगा। विशेष परिधान, आभूषण, साजों को भी निर्णय लेते समय ध्यान मे रखा जाएगा ।

vii) Best Costume/Makeup/Jewellery etc.
viii) Best Choreographer

(Kathak, Bharat Natyam, Kuchi Pudi, Odissi, Mohiniattam, Satrira, Semi classical and Folk dances )

  1. आप का परिधान नृत्य से सम्बंधित होना चाहिए
    Your dress should be related to the dance
  2. स्त्री या पुरूष इस नृत्य में भाग ले सकते हैं ।
    Male or female can participate in this dance.
  3. नृत्य के लिए अधिकतम समय सीमा 05 से 07 मिनट होगी ।
    The maximum time limit for dance will be 05 to 07 minutes.
  4. एकल एवं युगल नृत्य में रिकार्डीड संगीत का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है ।
    Recorded music can be used in solo and duet dance.
  5. कत्थक, भरत नाटयम् कुची पुडी, उड़ीसी, मोहिनीअट्ट, स्तरीया, सेमीक्लासीकल तथा फोक नृत्य को तीन भागों में बांटा गया है I
    Kathak, Bharat Natyam, Kuchi Pudi, Odissi, Mohiniatta, Satrira, Semi classical and Folk dances are divided into three categories.
    1. सब जूनियर-10 साल तक
      Sub Junior - up to 10 years- (Attach birth certificate.)
    2. जूनियर -15 साल तक
      Junior - up to 15 years- (Attach birth certificate.)
    3. सीनियर 15 साल से ऊपर
      Senior above 15 years- (Attach birth certificate.)
  6. सभी वर्ग के कलाकार कत्थक, भरत नाटयम्, उड़ीसी कुचीपुड़ी मोहिनीअट्टम, स्तरीया, फोक तथा सेमी क्लासीकल में भाग ले सकते हैं जिसका शुल्क अलग-2 देना होगा।
    Artists of all categories can participate in Kathak, Bharat Natyam, Odissi Kuchipudi Mohiniattam, Satria, Folk and Semi classical, for which separate fees will have to be paid.
  7. फिल्म में आये हुये गाने पर नृत्य नहीं कर सकते हैं।
    Filmy songs are not allowed.
  8. ऑडिओ/वीडियो एल्बम के गाने पर नृत्य कर सकते है
    Performance can be on the songs of audio/video album
  9. रिकार्डेड गाना किसी भी प्रकार से अश्लील नहीं होना चाहिए
    Recorded song should not be obscene in any way
  10. सभी वर्गों के लिए पहला, दूसरा एवं तृतीय पुरुस्कार दिया जायेगा ।
    First, second and third prizes will be given for all categories.

नाटक / One Act Play

  1. नाटक के लिए मंच सज्जा सहित अधिकतम समय सीमा 60 मिनट होगी ।
    The maximum time limit for the play including stage setting will be 60 minutes.
  2. नाटक की भाषा देश की किसी भी भाषा में होगी ।
    The language of the play will be in any language of the country.
  3. नाटक अश्लील / राष्ट्र विरोधी / साम्प्रदायिक एवं किसी भी जाति विशेषकी भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाने वाला नहीं होना चाहिए । यदि ऐसा पाया गया तो नाटक को बीच मे रोक दिया जाएगा ।
    The play should not be obscene / anti-national / communal and should not hurt the sentiments of any particular caste. If found so, the play will be stopped midway.
  4. नाटक मंचन के प्रतियोगियों को मंच सज्जा के लिए केवल कुर्सी, मेज, स्टूल एवं टेलिफोन के अतिरिक्त अन्य सामान स्वयं उपलब्ध करना होगा ।
    The teams will be provided only chairs, tables and stools for stage setting as prop.
  5. पुरुष कलाकार को महिला कलाकार का किरदार और महिला कलाकार को पुरूषका किरदार निभाने की आज्ञा नहीं होगी जब तक कि पांडुलिपि की ऐसी मांग न हो ।
    A male artist will not be permitted to play a female artist and a female artist will not be allowed to play a male roll unless the manuscript so demands.
  6. जिस नाटक में सस्था परोम्पट करती है तथा नाटक लय-बद न पाए जाने पर नाटक को बीच में ही रोका जा सकता है
    In One Act play in which the team prompts and if the play is found out of tune, the play can be stopped midway.
  7. निर्णय नाटक के गुणों जैसे विषय, अभिनय पर काम, मंच शिल्प, डिजाइन और सामान्य प्रभाव आदि पर आधारित होगा।
    Judgment will most likely be based on the qualities of the play like theme, work on acting, stage craft, design and general impression etc.
  8. निर्णायक मण्डल का निर्णय अंतिम और सभी के लिए बाध्यकारी होगा।
    Decision of the panel of judge will be final and binding upon all.

नुक्कड़ नाटक / Street Play

नुक्कड़ नाटक के लिए थीम:
टीमें राष्ट्रीय एकता और सामाजिक समस्याओं जैसे नशीली दवाओं की लत, सोशल मीडिया और साइबर धोखाधड़ी पर थीम चुन सकती हैं
Theme for street play:
Teams can choose a theme on National Integration and Social problems like Drug Addiction, Social Media and Cyber Frauds

  1. नुक्कड़ नाटक के लिए अधिकतम समय सीमा 20 मिनट होगी ।
    The maximum time limit for street play will be 20 minutes.
  2. नाटक अश्लील / राष्ट्र विरोधी / साम्प्रदायिक एवं किसी भी जाति विशेषकी भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाने वाला नहीं होना चाहिए । यदि ऐसा पाया गया तो नाटक को बीच मे रोक दिया जाएगा ।
    The play should not be obscene/anti-national/communal and should not hurt the sentiments of any particular caste. If found so, the play will be stopped midway.
  3. नुक्कड़ नाटक के कलाकारों की संख्या न्यूनतम 6 और अधिकतम 12 तक सीमित है।
    The number of artists is limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12.
  4. प्रतियोगिता खुली जगह पर आयोजित की जाएगी और इसलिए किसी भी माइक्रोफोन, स्पीकर, म्यूजिक सिस्टम की अनुमति या उपलब्ध नहीं होगी। आवश्यक संगीत या ध्वनि बनाने के लिए टीमें स्वयं गा/नृत्य कर सकती हैं।
    The competition will be held in open space and hence no microphone, speaker, music system will be allowed or available. Teams can sing/dance by themselves to create the required music or sound.

गायन प्रतियोगिता/Singing Competition

  1. गायन प्रतियोगिता को तीन श्रेणियों में बांटा गया है
    The singing competition is divided into three categories
    1. शास्त्रीय संगीत (ख्याल/ध्रुपद/धमार आदि)
      Classical Music (Khyal/Dhrupad/Dhamar etc.)
    2. उपशास्त्रीय संगीत (ठुमरी/दादरा/ठप्पा)
      Semi Classical Music (Thumri/Dadra/Thappa)
    3. सुगम संगीत ((गैर फ़िल्मी - गीत/ग़ज़ल/लोक गीत )
      Light Classical Music ((Non Filmy - Songs/Ghazals/Bhajan/Folk Songs)
  2. गायन के लिए अधिकतम समय सीमा 05 मिनट होगी ।
    Maximum time limit for singing will be 05 minutes.
  3. अधिकतम 2 वादक संगत कर सकते है, कराओके/बैक ट्रैक की अनुमति नहीं है
    Maximum 2 instrumentalists can accompany. No Karaoke/Back track is allowed
  4. शास्त्रीय /उपशास्त्रीय/सुगमसंगीत को दो वर्गों में विभाजित किया गया है
    Classical / Semi Classical / Light music is divided into two categories
    i). जूनियर -15 साल तक ii) सीनियर 15 साल से ऊपर (जन्म प्रमाण पत्र सलंग्न करें ।)
    i). Junior - upto 15 years ii) Senior above 15 years (Attach birth certificate.)
  5. निर्णय स्वर, ताल, राग के चयन, रचना और सामान्य प्रभाव जैसे गुणों पर आधारित होगा।
    judgment will be based on the qualities like swara, taal, selection of raga, composition and general impression.
  6. सभी वर्गों के लिए पहला, दूसरा एवं तृतीय पुरुस्कार दिया जायेगा ।
    First, second and third prizes will be given for all categories.

वाद्य संगीत प्रतियोगिता /Instumental Music Competition

  1. वाद्य संगीत में निम्न वाद्यों को सम्मलित किया गया है
    The following instruments are included in instrumental music.
    1. सुषिर (WIND) वाद्य - बांसुरी, शहनाई, सैक्सोफोन आदि
      Wind instuments - Flute, Shehnai, Saxophone etc.
    2. तार (STRING) वाद्य - गिटार, सितार ,वायलिन, वीणा, सारंगी, मेंडोलियन आदि
      String Instruments - Guitar, Sitar, Violin, Veena, Sarangi, Mandolin etc
    3. ताल वाद्य - तबला, ढोलक, नाल, पखावज आदि
      Taal Instruments - Tabla, Dholak, Naal, Pakhawaj etc.
    4. आमुख (LEAD) वाद्य - हरमोनियम, की बोर्ड , अकॉर्डियन, पियानो, आदि
      Lead instruments - harmonium, keyboard, accordion, piano, etc.
  2. अधिकतम समय सीमा 05 मिनट होगी ।
    The maximum time limit will be 05 minutes.
  3. अधिकतम 2 वादक संगत कर सकते है
    Maximum 2 instrumentalists can accompany
  4. प्रतिभागियों को अपने वाद्य यंत्र स्वयं लाने होंगे।
    Participants must bring their own instruments.
  5. निर्णय स्वर, ताल, राग के चयन, रचना और सामान्य प्रभाव जैसे गुणों पर आधारित होगा।
    Judgment will be based on the qualities like swara, taal, selection of raga, composition and general impression.
  6. वाद्य संगीत प्रतियोगिता को दो वर्गों में विभाजित किया गया है
    Instrumental Music Competition is divided into two sections
    i). जूनियर -15 साल तक ii) सीनियर 15 साल से ऊपर
    Junior - upto 15 years Senior above 15 years
  7. सभी वर्गों के लिए पहला, दूसरा एवं तृतीय पुरुस्कार दिया जायेगा ।

पोशाक /POSHAK

  1. पोशाक की एक टीम में एक महिला एवं एक पुरूष होना चाहिए ।
    A team should consist of one female and one male.
  2. रैंप वॉक
    Ramp walk
  3. प्रस्तुति
    Presentation
  4. प्रशन चक़ का विषय साधारण ज्ञान पर आधारित होगा ।
    The questions/answer round will be based on general knowledge.
  5. प्रतिभागियों को अपनी ड्रेस स्वयं लानी होगी
    Participants to bring their own dresses
  6. चयनित पुरूष एवंग महिला को व्यक्तिगत पहला , दूसरा एवं तृतीय पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा ।
    Individual first, second and third prize will be given to the selected men and women.

शोभायात्रा/ SHOBHA YATRA

  1. प्रत्येक संस्था को अपने बैनर के साथ अपनी क्षेत्रीय वेश-भूषा में सुसज्जित होकर शोभायात्रा में भाग लेना होगा
    Each team will have to participate in the procession dressed in their regional costumes with their banners.
  2. शोभायात्रा में संस्था को अपने क्षेत्र के नृत्य, वेश-भूषा व झांकी का प्रदर्शन करना होगा ।
    In the procession, the institution will have to display dances, costumes and tableau of its area.
  3. शोभायात्रा में पहला, दूसरा एवम तृतीय पुरूस्कार दिया जाएगा ।
    First, second and third prizes will be given in Shobha Yatra.

Abhinay 2023

General Rules and Regulations

  1. प्रत्येक संस्था को सुरक्षा राशि रु.5000/ - रूपये जमा करवानी होगी जो कि प्रतियोगिता के समापन पर लौटा दी जाएगी । यदि कोई दल संस्था द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों का उल्लंघन करता है या आवासीय परिसर को गन्दा (तम्बाकू/ खैनी का थूकना) या कोई नुकसान पहुंचाता है तो सुरक्षा राशि जप्त कर ली जाएगी व प्रतियोगी दल को 5 साल के लिए प्रतिबन्धित कर दिया जाएगा ।
    Each team will have to deposit a security amount of Rs.5000/- which will be returned at the end of the competition. If any team violates the rules laid down by the organization or causes dirty due to spitting (Tobacco/khaini etc.) at the place of stay or any damage to the residential premises, then the security amount will be forfeited and the competing team will be banned for 5 years.
  2. प्रत्येक दल प्रत्येक प्रतियोगिता में केवल एक ही प्रवष्टि ले सकता है (एकल नृत्य , युगल नृत्य , गायन एवं वाद्य संगीत को छोड़ कर )
    Each team can take only one entry in each category (except Solo Dance, Duet Dance, Vocal and Instrumental Music)
  3. देश के किसी भी राज्य की कोई भी अव्यवसायिक संस्था प्रतियोगिता में भाग ले सकती है।
    Any amateur/non-professional organization from any state of the country can participate in the competition.
  4. प्रतियोगिता के लिए प्रवेश शुल्क सिर्फ बैंक ड्राफ्ट और बैंक खाते के द्वारा ही स्वीकार्य होगा । प्रवेश शुल्क Online पंजाब नैशनल बैंक खाता संख्या 0433000100149409 IFSC Code PUNB0043300 फिलफोट क्लब सोलन में जमा करवाना होगा I
    The entry fee for the competition will be accepted only through bank draft or has to be deposited online in Punjab National Bank Account No. 0433000100149409 IFSC Code PUNB0043300 Fylfot Club Solan.
  5. संस्था का चयन तथा उसकी प्रस्तुति की तिथि एवं समय निर्धारित करने का अधिकार फिलफॉट फॉरम का होगा ।
    Fylfot Forum will have the right to select the organization and decide the date and time of its performance.
  6. प्रपत्र भरने के बाद यदि किसी कारण वश संस्था प्रतियोगिता में भाग नहीं ले सकी तो प्रवेश शुल्क वापिस नहीं होगा
    After filling the form, if due to any reason the team is unable to participate in the competition, then the entry fee will not be refunded.
  7. संस्था के सदस्यों के ठहरने की निशुल्क व्यवस्था फिलफॉट द्वारा की गई है , एक छोटा हिल स्टेशन होने के कारण यहां सीमित आवास उपलब्ध है इसलिए पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर 20 टीमों का ही प्रवेश स्वीकार किया जाये गा
    Free accommodation for the members of theteams has been arranged by Fylfot, being a small hill station, limited accommodation is available here, so only 20 teams will be accepted on first come first serve basis.
  8. पूछताछ के लिए कार्यालय प्रभारी अथवा सचिव से सम्पर्क स्थापितकरना होगा।
    Contact the office in-charge or secretary for enquiry.
  9. प्रतियोगिता सम्बन्धित किसी प्रकार के विवाद पर अध्यक्ष और सचिव का निर्णय अंतिम होगा ।
    The decision of the President and the Secretary will be final on any dispute related to the competition.
  10. संस्था को ध्यान रखना है कि नाटक करते समय स्टेज का कोई भी सामान खराब या नष्ट न हो अन्यथा उसकी पूरी रकम भाग ले रही संस्थाको देनी होगी ।
    The organization has to take care that none of the stage equipment gets damaged or destroyed while performing , otherwise the entire amount will have to be paid by the participating team.
  11. प्रतियोगी दलों के किसी भी सदस्य द्वारा अनुशासनहीनता तथा अभद्र आचरण करने पर प्रस्तुति को प्रतियोगिता से निष्कासित करने का अधिकार आयोजक मण्डल को होगा ।
    The Organizing Committee will have the right to expel the performance from the competition in case of indiscipline and indecent behaviour by any member of the competing teams.
  12. प्रतियोगी दलों को संस्था द्वारा चलाई जा रही मैस में खाना अनिवार्य होगा। यदि संस्था खाना मैस में नहीं खाती तो संस्था को जो भी मुल्य प्रतिभागी सदस्यों के अनुसार बनेगा उसका 20% देना होगा ।
    It will be mandatory for the competing teams to eat in the mess run by the organisers. If the team does not eat the food in the mess, then the organization will have to pay 20% of the price which will be made according to the participating members.
  13. प्रत्येक संस्था से भोजन की राशि 6 जून से 10 जून तक ली जाएगी चाहे संस्था किसी भी कारण वश देरी से आए या बीच में कभी भोजन न करे ।
    The amount of food will be taken from June 6 to June 10, even if the organization comes late due to any reason or never takes food in between.
  14. सभी दलों को नाटकों के मंचन के दौरान हाल में रहना अनिवार्य है ।
    It is mandatory for all the team members to remain in the hall during the performances.
  15. फिलफॉट फॉरम को पूर्ण अधिकार है कि वह किसी भी संस्था को बिना बताए प्रतियोगिता से अलग कर सकती है
    Fylfot Forum reserves the right to exclude any organization from the competition without giving any reason/ notice.
  16. सभी दलों को प्रतियोगिता शुरू होने से पहले यानि 5 जून तक पंहुचना अनिवार्य है ।
    It is mandatory for all the teams to report before the start of the competition i.e. by 5th June.
  17. प्रवेश प्रपत्र के साथ प्रवेश शुल्क, नाटक की एक पांडलिपि, कथासार की पांच प्रतियां तथा कलाकारों के नाम भेजना अनिवार्य है अन्यथा प्रवेश पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।
    It is mandatory to send the entry fee, one manuscript of the play, five copies of the synopsis and the names of the artists along with the entry form, otherwise the entry will not be considered.
  18. अगर स्टेज पर कोई खास स्टेज या लाईट का काम करना हो तो दल को खुद करना होगा ।
    If any special stage or lighting work has to be done on the stage, then the teams will have to do it themselves.
  19. देय राशि की चुकता रसीद दिखाने पर ही प्रतियोगिता की अनुमति दी जाएगी ।
    The competition will be allowed only on production of paid receipt of the amount due.
  20. प्रतिभागी संस्था अपने जोखिम पर आ रही है। फिलफॉट फॉरम संस्था के किसी भी दुर्घटना आदि होने पर जिम्मेवार नहीं होगी ।
    The Participating team is taking part in the competition at its own risk. Fylfot Forum will not be responsible for any accident/mishap.
